Enchantment without the effects

Simple question, how do I add an enchantment to a tool/weapon without it glowing?

Sorry, I know this is prob obvious, but how do I enchant an item in code?

Depends how you want it, do you want to enchant the item upon crafted?

No, heres my code setup:

 

The item is an ItemStack thats being rendered on top of a block(not able to pickup).

I have a bunch of boolean/int 's and can tell when I have right clicked the block 20 times.

What I want is, that when I right click it 20 times(I have all that code done and working) I want it to enchant it without it glowing.
