Where to find other forums to help with 1.12.2

I just re-installed minecraft (I haven't touched mcpc since 1.7.2), and the mods my brother would like to use, only run on 1.12.2 at the most, well some run higher, but I want to maximize his enjoyment. I know this forum is only open to 1.14+, but I'd like some advice for a problem running on 1.12.2. Any other forums I can go to for solutions, or anything?

 

TL;DR

Missed out on the 1.12.2 help and looking for another forum to get help from, don't know what to do. I've googled for forge help forums, but the other one has a link to here.
