The Mods I had loaded at the time where the following:

1. Backpacked 1.2.0 (MrCrayfish)

2. Furniture Mod 7.0.0 (MrCrayfish)

3. Controllable 0.7.0 (MrCrayfish)

4. Enchantable 1.1.0 (MrCrayfish)

5. Filters 1.1.1 (MrCrayfish)

6. OptiFine HD U F5

7. Slopes 1.0.0 (MrCrayfish)

8. Iron Chests 9.1.5

9. Iron Shulker Boxes 3.1.12

Note: Forge 28.1.108 began to crash when I installed Iron Chests 9.1.5 and Iron Shulker Boxes 3.1.12. Even after moving them to the Recycling Bin, Forge 28.1.108 continued to crash. Is there any way to resolve this?

Did you tried only IronChest/ShulkerBox(without Crayfish's Mod and Optifine)? If didn't, try. Also, don't forget to delete config folder in .minecraft

Are you a native English speaker? I'm not sure, because your English seems terrible.

Also, you are a Tree Puncher, like me, so I can't trust you.

Also, what are the side effects of removing the config folder?

Like I said nope, it's not my native. You shouldnt't, you can't trust anybody even if they try to help you(I can't put jokes in non-native yet, srry), but like I said they try to help you :)
There might be conflicts between some options that are configured through their config file. E.g Better With Mods conflicts with Minestrappolation 5 because they both overrides Llama drop and you can disable that through config

Also, if you don't believe someone don't jump to conclusion only because of what you saw first. I remember EvilMinecraft, ModLoader and Super Hostile's Map. I Tree Puncher only because I forgot my previos login so I made new account to get help with modding
I have nothing to you, just noted here it because of my "terrible English" and not sure my msg have right intonation -_(+-+)_-

I am finding @ScarlettSh0‘s English perfectly understandable. If you are having difficulties understanding another forum member’s post, it would be better to politely ask the person to rephrase his/her post.

As for the crash, @ScarlettSh0 is correct about its cause. One of your mods implemented a custom config parser, which caused the crash because its config has errors. The best solution would be to delete the config folder, or delete each config one-by-one until the config causing the problem is removed and regenerated by the game.

Some tips:

Modder Support:

Spoiler

1. Do not follow tutorials on YouTube, especially TechnoVision (previously called Loremaster) and HarryTalks, due to their promotion of bad practice and usage of outdated code.

2. Always post your code.

3. Never copy and paste code. You won't learn anything from doing that.

4.

Programming via Eclipse's hotfixes will get you nowhere

5. Learn to use your IDE, especially the debugger.

6.

Support & Bug Reports:

Spoiler

1. Read the EAQ before asking for help. Remember to provide the appropriate log(s).

2. Versions below 1.11 are no longer supported due to their age. Update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.
