Okay so, i was wondering if i could download te latest version of the 1.14.3 version of forge but failed to install and got something i couldn't find on the web. (i dont know how to add screenshot to this help) but it sais:

If there is anyone that is able to help i would realy appreciate it because i am a fulltime user of forge.

Try updating Java. I was having the same problem and that fixed it
