It's probably in the renderer for it.  I wouldn't be surprised if the texture is procedural.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

What do you mean "procedural"?

 

Btw, found the rendering file for the tile entity but I don't see anywhere in the regular tile entity that registers the tile entity renderer

 

How would I, for example, apply the tileEntityBeaconRender to my block? At Least to know how to implement it
