How to show the mod version in MultiMC?

Hello out there,

what do I have to do that the version of my mod shows up in the right column of MultiMC or MagicLoader?

I currently use the Line @Mod(...)  to set the version but that does not seem to be sufficient.

So what am I missing?

Regards,

dhalek

I think it's based on the mcmod.info text file.

They can get pretty complicated, but here's a simple one.

[
{
  "modid" : "UnderwaterBuildings",
  "name" : "Bathyspheres",
  "version" : "1.0.0",
  "url" : "",
  "credits" : "Dav Edward",
  "authors": [
    "Draco18s"
  ],
  "description": "Adds a new block to aid underwater construction.",
  "logoFile" : "bathy-logo.png",
  "updateUrl" : "",
  "parent" : "",
  "screenshots": [
  ],
  "dependancies": [
    "Forge"
  ]
}

It's just a text file, with a .info extension.  The file (and a logo if you want it) just go in the root of the zip.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
