Readds working sponges that keep the water or lava out.

The ultimate loser's toolkit Originally made by me as a practice for worldgen.

Adds a new ore, silicon ore. It's pinkish-white and looks like iron. Recipes coming later.

What does the different colo(u)rs of sponges do?

Yellow for water, red for lava, blue for both. Sorry about the lack of info, i'll get some screens in.
