1.46 Forge + Wireless Redstone problems

Hey guys. Thank you for forge.

Fresh install. Added forge via MultiMC, made a new level. Exited.

Installed wireless redstone using MultiMC and I get the error:

"java.lang.NullPointerException"

I read on the main page that this is due to using a different mod installer. What is the problem with using mod installers?

What can I do to solve this problem?

Many thanks, merry christmas.
