Cannot install latest Forge with latest mcp/minecraft 1.4.4

Everytime I get this error

I have a clean jar for everything and a new mcp/forge tried fresh installing 3 times now, I can't figure out whats going wrong. I have been able to do this easily for the past 4 versions without error until now
