This is how I would do it:

1. Make a proxy for client

2. Register an event for RenderPlayerEvent

3. In the event, draw stuff

You don't need any server-side stuff because all you're doing is rendering client-side.

Did not work heres my code

 public class ClientProxy extends CommonProxy {

ModelCrown m;

@ForgeSubscribe
public void onRender(RenderPlayerEvent ev){

	GL11.glPushMatrix();
	m.render(ev.entity, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);
	GL11.glPopMatrix();

}

Try making a new class with this code in it:

ModelCrown m;

@ForgeSubscribe
public void onRender(RenderPlayerEvent ev){

	GL11.glPushMatrix();
	m.render(ev.entity, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);
	GL11.glPopMatrix();

}

and register it with MinecraftForge.EVENT_BUS.register(new YOUR_CLASS_NAME());

Don't PM me with questions. They will be ignored! Make a thread on the appropriate board for support.

1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! Update to the latest version for support.
