Loader.isModLoaded version checking

With Loader.isModLoaded() can I use version checking strings like in dependencies?  For example:

boolean isCCLoaded = Loader.isModLoaded("ComputerCraft@[1.56,");

 

Would this work or do I need to check the version after I know that the mod is loaded?

If you use eclipse, it will tell you the possible args, also if you use eclipse you can open the "Loader" class and look at its code...

No, this is based on modid. Use Loader#getModList(), this will give you the complete list of ModContainer.

Then you can check whatever you want inside that.
