You could make one, simply learn modding and i dont think that it is too hard to do that (or use the /give command with NBT tags but that isn't automated)

No it doesn't as i said in title

Firstly, i added a reference to CoFH Core, then i added it to /eclipse/mods but both times it crashes when starting with "java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: net.minecraft.util.ChatStyle.func_150238_a" and i dont know why (yes i'm new to modding)
