Forge 4.0.0.247 crashing when using commands

ok after some more testing i've determined it's mystcraft but I can't find any information about what's causing the crash -
I have Forge, Mystcraft, and Forestry installed, not sure where it's happening but every time I try to use a command I get this crash. Also crashes a server the same way
