  1. I followed the instructions on various tutorials, and the workspace loads up and even compiles and runs tutorial mods, but I can't find the net/minecraft classes like the tutorials say, so i can't look at MC code to learn how to do things.
  2. For several hours now, almost every time I try to load up a world, it freezes on "Downloading terrain." I haven't added any mods or changed any configs since before this problem started. Here's my log file~ http://www.mediafire.com/view/5jiqqnckob7rkw0/ForgeModLoader-client-0.log
  3. Ok, I had a barrel (Factorization) hooked up to some itemducts (Thermal Expansion), and picked up the barrel with a Gravity Gun (GraviGun mod). The game then crashed with an "ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException" error, and does the same every time I try to open that world. I have no idea what happened and would appreciate any help with recovering that saveworld. I wasn't sure where to post this because I have a ton of mods installed, so I figured, "Those Forge folks are pretty smart!" and so here I am. Also, the attachment thing doesn't seem to work for me, so I put my logfile on MediaFire. https://www.mediafire.com/?5jiqqnckob7rkw0
  4. Never mind, I figured out it was Railcraft! All fixed!
  5. I tried to update to the recommended Forge version (965), but when I tried to load up the game, I get a screen saying that version 953 (the one I had previously) is needed. Is this being caused by a specific mod, or what? Here's a screenshot and my log file. http://www.mediafire.com/view/obvf8xusgvcjkjq/ForgeModLoader-client-0.log http://www.mediafire.com/view/cqoclweziiidk7d/Screenie.png
  6. I did that already, but it gets ignored when I use 1.5.2 for some reason.
  7. I'm trying to run a bunch of mods from 1.5.2 using the new MC launcher, but no matter what I put as the instance directory, it puts the files in the default directory (.minecraft). Is there something else I should do other than use the installer and make a profile?
