Your point is? If you read my logs you will see that I AM using the latest version of forge 1.6.4, but I am also being prompted to download that file when I start up. I read the logs as best as I can and you can clearly see that both of my statements are correct.

When I try to start minecraft (with forge/mods) I get this error: CB's DepLoader was unable to download required library WorldCore-universal-1.7.2-1.1.0.17.jar. I am only posting this on here because the manual download link is to minecraftforge.net, and the link isn't even working. (http://files.minecraftforge.net/WorldCore//WorldCore-universal-1.7.2-1.1.0.17.jar) I am using the latest version of forge for 1.6.4, here is my ForgeModLoader-client-0.

Alright thanks for the tip, I will try both of those. Although when I install forge by itself with no mods I still get very low FPS. I'm guessing it's either an issue with my windows 8 or a hardware issue if not forge.
