  1. *their *installation ((sorry, OCD)) Well that's good that Optifine is dealing with it just fine. Just gotta wait on BACR to get their butts in gear And sorry about thinking you were talking to me specifically, my apologies.
  2. I'm not a modder, trust me, so don't assume I'm a "retarded" one please. And I know, the new launcher was supposed to make there be no need to edit the jar. I don't really know how BACR and optifine ((I know optifine has you change the arguments)) is going to get it working because it changes base classes but I bet they'll find a way to make it work.
  3. Since some mods ((ie. optifine and BACR)) still need to be put in the jar, I easily made it so I could edit the jar even with forge installed on it((just put the forge files actually in the jar, use the JSON file from the installer version, profit)). It kept working in 9.10.0.779 but anything up from that, FML said minecraftserver.class was corrupt even though I didn't touch it at all. Any help?
  4. It'd be cool if they implemented that and then released forge 1.5.x with only that change so it's easier for people to handle various mod versions and modders don't have to redo mods since that would be the only change. But I don't think they'll do that since they're working on current versions
  5. I have a question. Does the feature of FML reading .minecraft/mods/{version} only work in the 1.6.x versions? Does it in 1.5.x?
  6. You already can. There's a "universal" and "client" link with the installer link in files
  7. Oh, okay and sorry to hear about your grandfather
  8. I downloaded forge 9.10.0.776 for 1.6.2, ran the installer, tried to run the version and I got this error: http://pastebin.com/5vnz2g6W
