The problem isn't only that gradle can't find I also can't find it do you know where to find the files

Hey i'm trying to start modding in minecraft and i've installed the forge mdk and i did the whole command prompt thing with the genIntellijRuns and it just doesn't work and it keeps giving me the error posted in the title i know i should post the entire error but this is basically the entire error the only diffrence is that it shows the paths which it has serched can anybody help? i am very new at this and getting rather annoyed even tho i'd really like to mod if anybody can help i'd really apreciate it
