Zacho Max

Ok I installed Forge from this video I tried to the 1.4.7 Falllout mod into my client. I looked for a .minecraft/mods and none was present, so put it in .minecraft/cpw/mods. Is this right? Should I be putting the mod .zip deeper down in the cpw/mod? Or is MCF broken because I dont have this folder? PLEASE HELP!!!!
