I am sorry for my lack of knowledge, please bear with me. For reference, i am using version 1.12.2 whenever i try to run the installer, it installs 1/4 of the way through, then gets stuck at a point where it says, Downloading libraries Unpacking packed file akka-actor_2.11-2.3.3.jar.pack.xz It also leaves a text file in my downloads that says the following in the spoiler, please help, i have been trying to do this myself for two days, but i just feel stupid
