Installing Forge 1.12.2 Issue

^^ I am playing on Mac OS High Sierra -
Every time I attempt to install 1.12.2 forge, no matter what addition (14.23.5.2847, 14.23.5.2768, etc.) it gets stuck on this screen. I've tried reinstalling multiple times, I have even reset my computer. I got multimc, it doesn't work. I managed to download 1.15.2 forge, so I'm not sure why I'm having so much problem with this. Please help! :)
