I have discovered that my problem is only with older-1.10.2 where do I go for help with those versions?

I am on my PC and I noticed I need to have version 1.12.2 or newer The version I am trying to download is 1.10.2 but the problem stays the same with any other version aswell so what do you recommend I do?

Minecraft works fine before installing forge as soon as I install the client Minecraft stops launching and doesn’t even show up in task manager.
