Since forge doesn't support 1.7.10 any more so I can't install it(an admin told me), how am I able to use all my mods for 1.7.10? Because 1.7.10 is such a big era of mods as well as 1.12.2 I doubt, forge would just leave it to die. Is there any way to still play with 1.7.10 mods and how today?

I'm trying to install Minecraft forge 1.7.10(link: https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.7.10.html), but when I click windows installer it pops up with this. I click OK then this link pops up "https://www.java.com/en/download/" I'm guessing to install the latest version. I click install, it then installs and says it's finished, but as I go to redownload forge 1.7.10, the same issue pops up. I've done this multiple times and don't know how to fix it.
