[Cannot see Mod in game]

So I downloaded the 'You are Herobrine Mod (YAH)' and got it for the version 1.4.7, I put the mod into the mods folder and went into Minecraft forge 1.4.7,

made a New World and for some weird reason, the Mod is not there! Does anyone have a fix for this if you do then feel free to help. ?

Oh yeah and this mod was no where on Curse forge but the original post was on minecraftforum.net. It's the official mod even DanTDM

has used it!

Ok, so when I search up 1.11.2 ... mod And click on that 9minecraft site and scroll down it's supposed to say 1.11.2 but no it says download 1.10.2. I am so confused! can someone or a mod help me with this?
