Can you show example of gui class? I don't understand how to use it.

It's not that I want. I want make something that can show blockname at block you're looking at. I understand how to get data about block, but i don't know how to create gui for it.

I want to make gui that show image and text on it. I found some tutorials how to do it, but they're for previous versions. I don't have idea how to do it, can somebody help me?
