There is only one good way to know if java is well installed... Go in your windows command prompt and type java -version can you send me a screen of what you'll get ?

Have you try to download it there : https://www.java.com/fr/download/windows-64bit.jsp If not try now... (if your windows is 64bit)

No I checked and checked again, I have the same version on my server and on my client. I think that a third mod cause that since my server with only Thermal and OTG works fine I will continue to test and i will send a message as soon as i find ^^

Forge will show an error message about this and you will not be able to join the world.
