I have tryed using and and not using it and if i dont use it then the game doesnt even lauch and when i do use it it will get to the loading screen and freeze. idk at this point.

The thing is about that is for 1.7-1.11 i get that black screen but for 1.12.2 if i restart the game then i get the forge loading screen but then the game will freeze then not respond so idk. thx tho.

I just restarted my game and i got the white mojang loading screen with forge and the hammer stopped moving and at the top of the app there is a loading bar memory used / total. Normally there should be other loading bars at the bottom of the app for the mods but there inst any other loading bars and the app is not responding. when i launch my forge game from the launcher the game will come up as a black screen and it wont be responding. This used to only effect my forge game but now it has effected all my versions. I have tried using different forge visions and the same problem will occur. I dont even have any mods in my mods folder. I use the new launcher and i have 8gbs of ddr4 ram, intel core i5 7400 3GHz and 1tb with 500 gbs left on it and a rx580. My Minecraft when running Forge will crash at the mojang loading screen. At the top of the screen there is a loading bar that sad memory used/ total. it changes but stays around 100-300 mb then the game stops responding. Im not running any mods and i have tried the method of disabling the loading screen and my game just goes all black and then doesn't respond. I dont know what to do becuase I have tryed uninstalling and different versions of forge and it never works. I need help!!!! Java Platform Se is not responding. Im using 1.12.2.
