I had the exact same problem, and I looked at all sorts of different websites. But none of solutions worked for me. On the other 2 computers I had acces to, it worked just fine without any errors. Eventually I reset windows to factory settings with keeping the files. And it finally worked. So if you're as desprite as I was, you could reset windows.
