    Okay so I found the right installer, made sure I was in the right folder, and I did the command and got this error Could not find or load main class .net.preferIPv4Stack=true

    when I do this I get this error Error: Unable to access jarfile forge-1.12.2-14.23.1.2586-universal.jar
  3. earthenbird
    So every time I attempt to install forge I get this error I have tried using the JAR installer but the same message came up.
