Well i have like 500mb/s in upload speed but i think its something to do with his router

I use hamachi to run this server and I play with my friend on it, but one day he couldn't join. Every time he tries to join it says "downloading terrain" and he joins into a void and after a while, he disconnects from the server. I am not sure what to do and I can't find any solutions to it.
