how to make items obtainable from fishing loot [1.12.2] [Solved]

I have two Items in my mod that I would like to be obtainable via fishing. I'm not sure on how to do this, whether I need an event or a loot table or what. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

You need to inject your items or loottable in the vanilla fishing loot table. In the LootTableLoadEvent, check if the table that is being loaded is the fishing table and then inject your items into that table.
