Unable to connect to my Forge Server (Fixed)

I am using forge build #318 (4.3.5.318) and installed it all correctly, but when I try to connect to the server it just says "End of Stream". Does anyone know how to fix this? Here is the code from the ForgeModLoader-server-0.log:
