Chunk problem it seems can't load

Hi im using Forge v4.1.4.298 the forge recomended now,

and some mods i install too,

 

and here's i've got some chunk won't load properly

i don't know if my PC has a problem or the forge or some of mods...

May not be a forge problem, I get this issue sometimes on CraftBukkit.

Close the world and try again, methinks it's a vanilla bug.

Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE!

 

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
