  1. Thanks, Looks like some good stuff to learn from... Personally I like to learn by taking an existing project and seeing how it works. It's a lot more fun then watching videos or tutorials... I started this learning habbit from opening every electronic device I had when I was younger... I have no idea why I went all personally off topic...
  2. I understand that but all those mods are complex in general
  3. I'm wondering if there is any open source mods that I could be used to learn from? EDIT: I've found this but they all seem to been highly advanced and non learner friendly mods, https://github.com/agaricusb/ForgeMod/wiki/List-of-Open-Source-Forge-Mods Thanks in advanced!
  4. Never mind... I solved it myself... Thanks for the help though...
  5. A "ghost mod" would be classified as a hack which is not allowed on this forum...
  6. Are you trying to create a hack client cause I don't see any other use for this?
  7. Mainly, My development environment is in a state where I'm unable to connect to the internet. Also I hate JSON...
  8. Hmmh... Where can I get support... I rather not update yet anyways...
  9. Hello, I'm wondering how I should go about when a mob is killed with a specific item and you have a separate item in your inventory it changes the item in your inventory and or removes or adds a different one. The only problem is when the mob is killed on the onEntityDeath event It adds the item but the item goes away after you touch it. Thanks in advance... (Sorry for not being able to grab my source as I don't have it with me currently)
  10. Hey MinecraftForge community! I'm looking for a good place to start to learn how to mod. I already have Java experience so that should not be a problem. Anyways... Thanks
