I deleted the folders and it still won't work

What does it mean I have 12w50a in my folder?? Where do I find it so I can delete it??? And also I have the correct version of FML

And when I look at the log I have no idea can you tell me what the problem is?

Also can someone give me the link for the 519 version I cannot download it all I get is the 497 version

I have been trying to install minecraft forge for days and all I get is a black screen. Is forge broken? Help me please
