Forge 1.12.2 Server won't start at all

Thx, it works now -
When i try to launch the forge jar file, nothing happens, no files are generated, no EULA, not even a single log. Please help, I've setup servers before on this exact same pc and nothing like this has happened before. Heres a like to what the console says when i launch it: https://imgur.com/gallery/UYLRJ0Z
