FORGE 1.7.2 SERVER We appear to be missing one or more essential library files

I would like to play with the flans mod on my server so i installed forge. The flans version I want is 1.7.2, so I chose to forge 1.7.2. So I used the server installer, you probably know how to create a forge server. maar wanneer ik dus de bestanden in mijn FTP zet, geeft de server config de volgende error:
