Help With Scala-Lang And Forge With Pixelmon

I have been recently trying to download Pixelmon with the 1.7.10 Forge and i've been searching everywhere for help. When i tried to download Pixelmon it gives me an error saying; "Cannot Download org.scala-lang:scala-actors-migration_2:11:1.1.0" I check the org folder in the .minecraft and checked the scala-lang folder and the java of scala-actors-migration_2:11:1.1.0 was there. I decided then that it was probably because i was on the 1.8.8 Forge, so i installed 1.7.10 Forge and i still have the same error.

What do you mean? When im installing the Pixelmon mod, throughout the installation it stops and gives me the message.

What gives you that error?
