I dont get how we can work on the code. If one of us adds new commands, and another adds flag, then ours wont rly mixx....

You fork the from dries007's githubrepo, make your changes and make an pullrequest.
Thats the way how you can make changes to the code and merge them with the original repo.
dries has to accept the pullrequest.
Thats the actual problem for me because dries is in london (i hope he have a good time there)

Is there a way to set a global region? Just flat state "This conditional affects ALL THE SERVER!".

The region commands work fine for me
but non of the flag commands work.
I can set them perfectly, but no one is affected by them.
I've tried everything.
(yes i'm sure non of them are creative, and non of the have region permissions)
Any help?
