I'm going to start with selection and set <ID>. If that works, I'll attempt the rest XD.

Well, that post was a day ago .
Now I can do basic selection (a square). Expand all directions. (L, R, F, B, U & D). Set the selection in 1 blockId(and metadata) or in a randomly determent pattern (like this: "1%46,5%36:2,70%1" and it fills the rest of the % with air.) I can save and load regions (not relative to player yet).
And I make backups! (No undo yet though...) So, I'm making progress.

Well tanks to the coremods folder I can implement basic (non-mod) protection. If you want protection for mods, go bug the forge team...

Well thats what I mean. Theye is no posibility for protection without base edits right now. This means that its not possible to protect from EE for example. This makes the protection aspect semi-useless...

It is starting to come together. Basic protections is built in, but not against weapons of mass destruction yet (Unless you use ICBM, that has protection built in)

So, do the latest builds have the permissions system in them?

If so, what are they?

With the ForgeBukkit project dying, I agree that a lot more people are going to be looking this direction for some region/chest protection and permissions/ranking systems.

No, the wand is an actual INGAME item! (look in the tools tap in creative) Its made by putting a stick in a crafting table.
Then you save by //region add <name>

I don't mind bad EN, I'm looking into a bugtracker. That would make it easier to make a list for me to do. If you feel like it you can help me with programming. You can get the source on github.

//region list would be a nice addition - not necessarily important cause you can find out what regions there are with the TAB functionality under one of the commands which I can't seem to find again now -_-

woot. What ID does the wand use? Also, what flags are there. I'll try to create a More Detailed description of your mod and then you can replace your current page one so then it will be much more shmancy fancy and more knoledgeable.

Right now I would not recommend packing anything unless your planning on creating a debugging/testing team like I did to test out the mods. Currently the mods are very buggy and in my own opinion not ready for major use. I would wait until a majority of bugs are worked out. There are still lots of unknown bugs too.

Hello Dried007.

I've been following you for a while and you should know that because of my comments :D
I like your mods very much because they provide simple use that everyone needs. I would like to help in coding, and make more content packs. I can create a post for that too if you want!

Everybodies joining you cuz everyone loves it  ;D  ;)

You fork the from dries007's githubrepo, make your changes and make an pullrequest.
Thats the way how you can make changes to the code and merge them with the original repo.
dries has to accept the pullrequest.
Thats the actual problem for me because dries is in london (i hope he have a good time there)

Is there a way to set a global region? Just flat state "This conditional affects ALL THE SERVER!".

The region commands work fine for me
but non of the flag commands work.
I can set them perfectly, but no one is affected by them.
I've tried everything.
(yes i'm sure non of them are creative, and non of the have region permissions)
Any help?
