  1. I did use the installer. But some of the files didn't download properly. And it's not searching for minecraft_server.1.6.2 at all. That file is honestly irrelevant to this whole post. That's a vanilla server .jar file. I used that to test my batch file (which works fine I've found.)
  2. Hello, I'm having issues installing both the client and the server. In both cases, I get an error explaining that files could not download correctly (try again). This happens repeatedly. I've spent a lot of time deleting my minecraft files completely and restarting to ensure that it wasn't a fluke. I've attempted downloading the suggested .zip folder explained in the EAQ, but I'm not sure what I should be doing with the appropriate .jar files. Thank you for your time.
  3. I'm just looking for the meaning behind these java errors. ):
  4. Actually, I found a command that could do it for me. Hope this helps!
  5. Um, for some reason the forum is not allowing me to attach a .zip of the libraries folder. can I e-mail it to you perhaps?
  6. Hm? What do you mean? I ensured that the command prompt was running directly from that folder. Didn't I? The end was "PixelmonServer", was it not? The files are:
  7. How's this? As expected, it made no difference. Even when I deleted the file location of the .jar at the end of the command. But these errors are really throwing me off.
  8. I apologize for the spam, but please see my updated post. I mis-pasted the output on the command prompt. There were several lines missing. Yes, I am certain everything is within the bounds of the server directory.
  9. Hello, I'm new to the forums and actually new to the Forge client. So I apologize in advance for my ignorance. I will do the best I can to be concise. First I used the latest version installer for both the client and the server. This is 9.10.0.842 on the website I was directed to. I am currently using a .bat file to start the server (works properly with a vanilla .jar server from minecraft.net) but when I try targetting the minecraftforge-universal-1.6.2-9.10.0.842.jar file within my server directory, the command prompt pops up and immediately closes. When I manually execute the batch command, the following is produced: I've ensured that I have the most recent version of Java installed on my computer. Additionally, when trying to manually install the server via the installer, certain libraries would refuse to download. This is another issue I have no idea how I am supposed to fix. I've gotten friends to install the files and forward them directly to me. I then used those files in place of the libraries folder that wouldn't download completely. Perhaps this was an error in judgment on my part. I'm not sure to be honest. Unfortunately I've come to posting on the forums due to the answers unavailable on the forums (as far as I could see, anyway. Forgive me if I overlooked such a post) Thank you for your time, hopefully we can get this figured out.
