Codechicken NEI bug

I know how to read a basic bug report but with BlockID errors and stuff, but there is either an error in Forge or one of the codechicken mods, I uninstalled all other mods just to check, but it still crashes when I open the inv.

How did you install NEI?  I would expect to see this in your logs, but I don't:

I used MultiMC, Put Forge, Core and NEI in the jar mods folder...

Thanks I read the installation guide and installed it in the coremods folder, It works now! Thanks again.
